On-site thorough examinations are available for commercial vehicle tail lifts. The examination covers the condition, operation and safety-critical components of the lifting equipment, with defects and required action recorded clearly in a written Report of Thorough Examination.

Any maintenance or repairs identified during the examination are quoted and authorised separately. 

Diagnostic support is available for AdBlue, SCR and related emissions-system concerns. ECU programming, parameterisation and calibrations may also be available, subject to vehicle compatibility, software access, technical requirements and agreed pricing.

Fault diagnosis and repair assistance may be available at customer premises and suitable off-road locations where a safe working area can be established. Attendance is subject to availability and the nature of the reported fault.
