Depot-based inspection, diagnostic and maintenance services for haulage operators, commercial fleets and trailer operators.
Scheduled vehicle health checks can be used to identify developing defects, visible condition issues, warning lights, air leaks and maintenance concerns before they become larger operational problems. Checks can be tailored to the fleet, current concerns and available inspection time.
A defect clinic provides a planned on-site session to assess reported driver defects, investigate recurring concerns and complete authorised repairs where possible. Outstanding work can be recorded clearly for further action.
Preventative maintenance inspections can be carried out at the customer depot for HGVs and trailers, subject to suitable facilities and safe access. Defects are reported clearly and can be rectified where authorised and practical.
Defects identified during a PMI or other inspection can be assessed and repaired on site where the required parts, equipment, access and authorisation are available. Additional work is agreed before proceeding.
Multi-vehicle diagnostic checks can identify active and stored faults, support driver-defect investigation and highlight vehicles requiring further attention. Findings are considered alongside physical inspection and reported symptoms.
Regular or ad-hoc depot visits can be arranged for agreed inspection, diagnostic, maintenance and defect work. The visit scope should be prioritised in advance so the available time is used effectively.
Short-term workshop assistance may be available for workload peaks, holidays or technician absence, subject to existing customer commitments.
